Applus RTD's commitment to safety and providing first class specialist training is mirrored in the development of the standards which govern the industry.As a founder member of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), the company has been represented and active in ensuring that equitable levels of competence and training have been established. The company is BSI registered and approved to ISO 9002.
The company has qualified IRATA approved trainers and assessors as staff members. Additionally, key staff are certified to NEBOSH general and diploma standard.
We specialise in offering training in many areas:
- Industrial Rope Access Trade Association courses (all levels) (5 days)
- Working at Height with Rescue training (2 days)
- Access and Rescue training courses designed for the specific requirements of the client
- Confined Spaces Training with BA emergency escape sets (2 days)
- OPITO 3 day Introduction to Rigging and Lifting
The training is held in our new purpose built facility in Falkirk. We can also carry some course on customer sites.
