A one stop shop for footbridge refurbishment with full inspection, structural repairs, blasting & painting and electrical works.
Hi-Rope also provides sub-contract specialist engineering services for major refurbishment contracts.

Bolt Tensioning

Bolt torquing and Hydra-tightening using a variety of hand held and pneumatic tools.

Welding and Burning

MIG, TIG and MMA to ASME IX/6G standards including carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic materials. Construction and modification to existing steelwork. Guideframe chock installation, redundant steelwork removal, boat damage repairs.

Steelwork Erection

Offshore - Drill derrick member replacement, structural steelwork, ventline and pipespool installation.
Onshore - Structural surveys, structural steelwork repairs, specialist painting systems.

Flaretip Changeouts

Removal and replacement on flarebooms and towers, igniter line refurbishment and installation.

Decommissioning

Destruction and piece-small de-construction of drill derricks, crane booms, masts and antennae.
